Bucks & Montgomery Living Magazine is the most widely distributed general interest magazine in the counties, with seven separate editions published monthly: Bucks Living, Central Bucks Living, Doylestown Living, Newtown Living, New Hope Living and Montgomery Living and the Main Line.

Bucks & Montgomery Living Magazine offers advertisers a highly concentrated and cost-effective way to target readers based on demographics, geographic proximity and local shopping patterns.

With a total distribution of 45,000, Bucks & Montgomery Living Magazine mails monthly to the most affluent households in Bucks and Montgomery counties, in addition to dropping off magazines at strategic locations based on local town saturation. The average household income of readers in Bucks and Montgomery counties is $150,000, with an average home value of $525,000. The direct-mailed portion of the mailing is comprised of the top 3% of the most affluent readers by carrier route and household income.

Bucks & Montgomery Living Magazine takes pride in attracting an upscale readership through its regional editorial focus, with department features including: profiles, home, travel, health & wellness, style, arts & culture, finance, food & wine and local events. Our Staff

Karen Lavery, a Bucks County native, is the Director of Operations at Bucks & Montgomery Living Magazine. With 10 to 15 years of experience in the sales and marketing industry, Lavery currently manages all aspects of marketing at the magazine, in addition to overseeing the team of account executives. Her previous employment experience includes her role as Regional Marketing Manager for Cheapcaribbean.com.

Shannon McLaughlin is the Editor-in-Chief of Bucks & Montgomery Living Magazine. Her responsibilities consist of maintaining the editorial calendar, assigning writers, editing articles and writing content for the magazine. Her past experiences include working at LifeStyle Magazine, where she was the Senior Editor. During her free time, McLaughlin creates colorful illustrations and explores photography (www.shannonmclaughlin.net).

Melissa Levenduski is the Art Director of Bucks & Montgomery Living Magazine. Levenduski graduated Summa Cum Laude from Philadelphia University with a BS in Graphic Design Communication. In addition to her involvement with Bucks & Montgomery Living Magazine, she is also the co-founder of Inverse Paradox (www.inverseparadox.com), a successful graphic and website design firm based in Feasterville Trevose.

Brandi Kerekes is Bucks & Montgomery Living Magazine’s Assistant Art Director. From designing ads to directing photo shoots, Kerekes is in charge of all of the art for the magazine while making sure all of the clients are happy.

Blair Johnson, the Director of Sales, originally from New Orleans, started out in the entertainment industry in New York City. For the past ten years, Blair has been working in the marketing/broadcast industry in the Philadelphia region. He specializes in creative campaigns that align advertisers with people who are seeking their products and services. Blair lives in Doylestown with his wife and two children.

Steve Brown is the Director of Photography at Bucks & Montgomery Living Magazine. In addition to photographing most of the magazine’s cover shoots, Brown runs Looking Glass Photography (www.lookingglass-photo.com), a full-service studio based out of Perkasie in Bucks County.

Kimberly Cambra is the Community Relations Communicator of Bucks & Montgomery Living Magazine. She understands the concerns of our community and establishes and maintains an invaluable relationship with our readers. Cambra is also the Executive Director of CB Cares (www.cb-cares.org), a community coalition of individuals, businesses and agencies whose goal is to promote positive values, attitudes and behaviors within our community’s youth.

Neil Harner and Amanda Mitchell are the Web Consultants for Bucks & Montgomery Living Magazine. In addition to designing and coding Bucks & Montgomery Living Magazine’s website, they also work at Inverse Paradox (www.inverseparadox.com), which Harner co-founded.

Pete Schuster, a Bucks County native, is the Associate Art Director of Bucks & Montgomery Living Magazine. He assists the art director in handling creative aspects. In addition to his position at the publication, Schuster also runs www.philmadelphia.com, where he offers freelance motion, web and graphic design.

Beth D’Addono is Bucks & Montgomery Living Magazine’s Travel Editor. D’Addono (www.bethdaddono.com) is a food and travel writer based in Belmont Hills. She’s been freelancing for over 19 years and has had work published regularly in a wide range of national and regional outlets, including AAA Traveler, National Geographic Traveler, The Boston Globe and Philadelphia Inquirer.

Dava Guerin is the People Editor at Bucks & Montgomery Living Magazine. Guerin writes features and profiles for the publication, in addition to being President of Guerin Public Relations (www.guerinpr.com), where she provides a full range of public relations services to clients throughout the area.

Lori Straff is an account executive with Bucks & Montgomery Living Magazine and was born and raised in Philadelphia with over 30 years in sales and customer service experience. Lori’s sales background  ranges from being a “sales coordinater” for a window manufacturer, to sales  in  retail/boutique atmosphere, leading her to the print marketing industry representing a full color newspaper publication and upscale magazines.

Susanna Koppany is an account executive at Bucks & Montgomery Living Magazine. Born, raised and educated in Bucks and Montgomery Counties and with over 13 years of corporate advertising sales and consulting experience, Koppany has the perfect background for her position within the publication. Koppany is also a promotional product consultant at Pennsylvania Promotions, an advertising specialties company focusing on creating custom apparel and screen printed items.
