Local Living Magazine mails bimonthly to the most affluent households in Bucks, Montgomery and Chester counties and beyond, in addition to dropping off magazines at strategic locations based on local town saturation. Our publication is also available on newsstands in Wegman’s and Barnes and Noble. The average household income of Local Living Magazine readers is $150,000, with an average home value of $825,000. The direct-mailed portion of the mailing is comprised of the top 3% of the most affluent readers by carrier route and household income.

Our Staff

Karen Lavery, a Bucks County native, is the Publisher of Local Living Magazine LLC and Director of Operations for Warren Media Group, Inc. With 15 years of experience in the sales and marketing industry, Lavery currently manages all aspects of Local Living Magazine in addition to overseeing all media operations. Her previous experience includes Regional Marketing Manager for Cheapcaribbean.com. With giving back to the community as one of Karen’s core priorities, she is the founder of Danny’s Dream.org, a non-profit organization that does fundraising for children’s leadership and self esteem programs.


Sharyl Volpe is the Editor-in-Chief of Local Living Magazine LLC. Her responsibilities include managing writers and all content, in addition to editing and writing articles. She is also Director of Publishing at Ironcutter Media, LLC (Washington, D.C.). Her experience includes Editor for Ironcutter Media (the Mrs. Pea Children’s Book Series, and “Nine Months In/Nine Months Out”), and Copy Editor for Tria Creative in NYC. Sharyl has also been a featured writer for Local Living Magazine LLC and continues to write.


Sherilyn Kulesh is the Art Director of Local Living Magazine LLC. She began her career in New York nearly 20 years ago working in advertising agencies and publishing firms. Her responsibilities include the artistic direction of all editorial components of the magazine. In addition to this role, she is the owner of Kulesh Design Group where she assists small and mid-sized companies with business marketing projects of all sizes. She has won numerous design awards for both logos and editorial design.

Stephanie Berardi is the Editor-in-Chief of Local Living Green, a special ongoing feature of Local Living Magazine LLC. She is a graduate student at the University of Pennsylvania with a concentration in sustainability. Her philosophy is to raise environmental awareness so others can identify with current challenges and readily participate in making the world a better place. She established her production company, Styling Steph Productions, LLC creating her unique brand identity which integrates not only environmental concerns but practical solutions for communities throughout the region.

 Blair Johnson hails from New Orleans, and started out in the entertainment industry in NYC. He is currently Director of Sales for Local Living Magazine LLC, under Warren Media Group, Inc. Blair moved to Philadelphia with his family and pursued a career in marketing, as well as performing in regional theater and several commercials. He became a familiar voice on Philadelphia radio stations, including WMGK and BEN FM.


 

Lori Trzcinski is the Marketing Director of Local Living Magazine, LLC under Warren Media Group, Inc. Her responsibilities include managing the marketing strategy of the magazine. Lori, a Bucks County native, also serves as Marketing Manager at Warren Industries, Inc (Philadelphia, PA). Her previous experience includes serving as Copywriter/Assistant Editor and developing marketing pieces for the TriCounty Area Chamber of Commerce.

 

Dorothy Cascerceri, Local Living Televison’s host, is a vibrant voice in the celebrity world with work experience at People magazine, Life & Style Weekly, the National Enquirer and this area’s own newspaper, “The Intelligencer.” Dorothy, who is a native of Montgomery and Bucks counties, has been featured discussing pop culture on Access Hollywood, E! News, Chelsea Lately, The Wendy Williams Show, Geraldo At Large, Extra, The Insider and VH1.

 

 Dava Guerin is the People Editor at Local Living Magazine. Guerin writes features and profiles for the publication, in addition to being President of Guerin Public Relations (www.guerinpr.com), where she provides a full range of public relations services to clients throughout the area.

 

  

  Beth D’Addono is Local Living Magazine’s Travel Editor. D’Addono (www.bethdaddono.com) is a food and travel writer based in Belmont Hills. She’s been freelancing for over 19 years and has had work published regularly in a wide range of national and regional outlets, including AAA Traveler, National Geographic Traveler, The Boston Globe and Philadelphia Inquirer.

 

Kimberly Cambra is Local Living Magazine’s Food Editor. Her career is a 5-star celebration of the hospitality industry and her freelance work has been featured in regional magazines which include Pennsylvania Wine & Spirit Quarterly, Cuizine  Magazine, and The Restaurant Report. Currently, she and her son reside in Doylestown where she plays a very active role in her community as executive director of CB Cares.

 

Amy McDermott is an award-winning photographer, and has been the owner and artist at Heart and Soul Portraits for over ten years. A long-time Bucks County resident, Amy specializes in maternity, newborn, children and families.
