Crystal Connor of the Doylestown area is just like any other modern day mother trying to juggle a family and a career while maintaining her stress, health and weight, except that she lives with a rare insulin disorder. Astounding doctors and specialists with her ability to maintain weight and energy, Crystal became a Certified Holistic Health & Nutrition coach (CHHC, AADP), helping others to achieve their own weight & health goals. She is trained in Eastern & Western Nutrition and all dietary theories with a special interest in the politics of food along with 10 years experience in the health industry. Graduating with honors from IIN, in NYC her education is still ongoing.
While most dietitians dwell on calories, carbs, fats, proteins, restrictions and lists of good and bad foods, she works with her clients to create a happy and healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun and free of denial and discipline. Crystal’s methods and support are like any other program with significant weight loss results. She uses whole foods with a holistic approach while becoming your personal assistant and motivator. Her programs are designed for individuals or whole families. Currently you can also find her at the Doylestown YMCA coaching youth in sports & nutrition and running adult nutrition and weight loss programs.
