The 52nd Annual New Hope Automobile Show
August 8th and 9th from 9 A.M. to 4 P.M.

More than 400 classic and antique cars and motorcycles will be on display at the 52nd Annual New Hope Automobile show this year. One of the cars seen will be the 1954 Plymouth Belmont, which is a Chrysler concept car. Other cars will include mustangs, thunderbirds, and corvettes. There is a different roster of cars each day, so there is always something new to see throughout the weekend. The event benefits the New Hope Solebury High School through student scholarships. Advance tickets can be purchased for $5 per person or you can purchase tickets at the gate. Children under the age of 12 enjoy the show for free, so do service members and their families. 4th Annual Brewery Night
August 14th at 6:30 P.M.

Raise your glass and toast a night of exploring our regional beer culture. Richard Wagner, a Philadelphia beer historian, offers a tour through the regional beer scene. This event allows you to sample beer and other light refreshments. Reservations are required and the cost is $27 per person. The event is located in the Fonthill Museum in Doylestown. Walking Through the Wildflowers
Ends October 31st

Enjoy a walk through the luscious gardens at Bowman’s Hill Wildflower preserve with a naturalist as your guide. Discover facts about different fruits and flowers that are in season and learn about the history of the preserve. Enjoy the beauty of the trails and interact with the wildlife that surrounds them. The tours are for a minimum of two people and leave from the visitor center. Bowman’s Hill Wildflower preserve is located on 1635 River Road in New Hope. Bucks County Community College Foundation’s 15th Annual Golf Classic

August 24th 10 A.M. to 5 P.M.
Take the time to smell the green at the Bucks County Community College Foundation’s 15th annual golf classic held at the Philmont Country Club. The Philmont Country Club is located in Huntingdon Valley. The classic will be played on the club’s North course.  The price is $1350 for foursomes and includes a lunch, cocktail reception, shamble format at noon, dinner, forecaddie and hole sponsorship. Proceeds from the event support the college’s scholarship fund and contribute to the many campus projects and programs that are not funded through traditional resources. 18th Annual Ukrainian Folk Festival
August 23rd from 12 to 4 P.M.
Take the time to visit the 18th Annual Ukrainian Folk Festival, celebrating Ukraine’s Independence Day, which will be held at the Ukrainian American Sport Center at County Line and Lower State Roads in Horsham.
